    How long have you been married, and what is one thing you love most about being married to each other?

    20 years. Love having a best friend. There is always someone there to do life with when life gets hard they make it easier.

    What is one marriage mistake you wish you had understood sooner?

    Speak up and not cave.

    What Scripture has had the greatest impact on your marriage, and why?

    Unless the Lord builds the house, its laborers build in vain because its a reminder that we can try to do all the right things for a happy marriage, but unless God is behind it, it wont succeed.

    What is your favorite date idea?

    Simple, breakfast dates at the bakery.

    What is one thing your spouse does that helps your marriage thrive?

    He pursues me and is intentional about loving me every day. he still writes me love notes, gives me flowers, cooks me breakfast, and takes me on weekly dates.
